- Read the outline and chapter 1 first, pay after
Write the whole book
Free preview: Outline and complete chapter 1 of your book
- Why most beginners give up
- Planning on 10 square metres
- Soil, compost, water
- The first season
Most vegetable gardens don't fail in July, when the heat comes. They fail in March, on paper, when a beginner plans twelve kinds of vegetables for a bed that can feed three. This chapter starts with the question every good garden starts with: how much space do you really have, and how much time?

What you get out of it
An idea is enough
Type it or say it into the microphone. Bookfairy writes chapter by chapter until the manuscript is finished.
Read first, then pay
The outline and all of chapter 1 are free. You decide once you have read your own text.
Five languages, your length
English, German, French, Spanish or Italian. Your word count sets the tier and the price.
Everything the AI book writer does for you
Not a writing assistant that waits for your next prompt: the tool plans the book like a publisher and writes it to the end.
-
A concept like a publisher's brief
Before a single chapter is written: who the book is for, what it promises and how it is built.
-
Outline with a summary per chapter
You see the structure of the whole book first and change it until it is your book.
-
Every chapter, in order
The whole manuscript along the outline, up to 100,000 words. Not a single chapter you have to stitch together.
-
Bestseller analysis
Add up to three bestsellers in your genre. Bookfairy reads their public details, learns what readers love and miss, and builds an original concept for your book.
-
Speak instead of type
Describe your idea into the microphone. A few sentences are enough.
-
Outline and chapter 1 free
You read your own opening chapter before you pay anything.
-
Word file with structure
Chapters, table of contents, checklists, tables and a list of sources, ready for editing and typesetting.
-
Five languages
English, German, French, Spanish or Italian, at the length you set.
-
Straight on to cover and print
The manuscript lands in your project. Cover, typesetting, EPUB, blurb and keywords pick it up there.
Name bestsellers from your genre. Your concept gets stronger.

- Your idea comes firstIf there is a conflict, what you wanted always wins.
- An original workTitles, ASINs and author names of the bestsellers stay out of the concept, every sentence is written fresh.
- Already in the free runThe analysis already runs for your outline and chapter 1.
Not a writing app: the whole book gets written here
Describe in a few sentences what the book is about. Bookfairy plans the audience and structure, then writes every chapter until the whole book is done. Not an editor where you type yourself: you end up with a complete manuscript. The outline and the first chapter are free to read.
Many AI writing tools are editors: you write, they help you phrase it. Bookfairy writes the book itself. You start with the brief a publisher would write: who the book is for, what it promises, how it is structured. That becomes the outline, then every single chapter. You review the outline and the first chapter before anything is charged. That is how self-help and non-fiction books come together that you can sell.
Why not just write a book with an AI chat?
An AI chat writes a good page in seconds. A book is something else: 30,000 to 100,000 words that have to fit together, be correct and end up as files a printer and a store accept. These are the places where a chat on its own runs out of breath.
Length and memory
A chat answers in replies, not in books. For 60,000 words you send dozens of requests and keep the plan together yourself.
Research shows that language models use information at the start and end of a long input much better than in the middle (Liu et al., 2023). In practice: by chapter 14, what chapter 3 promised has faded.
The thread
Chapter 2 introduces the "five-minute rule", chapter 9 calls it the "three-minute rule". A term, an example or a promise drifts because no part of the chat sees the whole book.
Repetition
The same anecdote in chapters 4 and 11, the same opening line in every chapter, the same three tips in new words. Each answer is fine on its own; together they read like padding.
Invented facts
Studies that don't exist, numbers without a source, quotes nobody said. Researchers explain it this way: training rewards guessing over admitting uncertainty (Kalai et al., 2025). In non-fiction, that is the biggest risk for your reviews.
Style that wanders
One chapter is chatty, the next reads like a textbook. Tone and form of address shift between requests unless you repeat your instructions every time.
Planning the chapters
A chat writes what you ask for. Nobody plans what the reader needs at which point, so chapters overlap and gaps open up.
Everything after the text
No typesetting to trim size with bleed, no KDP-ready cover template. Cover with spine and barcode, EPUB, blurb, keywords and categories are all still to do.
How Bookfairy does it differently
- Plan first. The concept and an outline with a summary per chapter come before any chapter. You can change both.
- Write along the plan. Every chapter is written in turn along that outline, so terms, examples and promises stay in their place.
- Check on the way. The writing chain includes an editing step, and the manuscript comes with a list of sources you can check.
- Carry on in the same project. Cover, typesetting, EPUB, blurb, keywords and categories take the manuscript from there.
You still read and revise the book yourself. Your revisions make it yours and strengthen your rights in the text. KDP also asks whether text is AI-generated; our guide Writing a book with AI quotes the rules.

Self-help or non-fiction, topic, readers and tone in a few sentences, typed or spoken into the microphone. Notes or a table of contents help, but you don't need them.

Bookfairy writes the concept with an outline and a summary per chapter, plus the first chapter. Both are free. Adjust the structure until it is your book.
Choose a tier and unlock
S up to 30,000 words, M up to 60,000, L up to 100,000. Pay once, no subscription needed.

Questions about Write the whole book
What kinds of books does Bookfairy write?
Self-help and non-fiction. The tool does not write novels or children's books; editing, cover, typesetting, ebook and every other tool work for all genres.
Do I have to write anything myself?
No. You describe your idea, Bookfairy writes the concept, the outline and every chapter. You can revise it afterwards whenever you like, and your own revisions strengthen your rights in the text.
Who owns the book?
You do. Your inputs and the manuscript stay yours, and you may use the generated text for your own book projects without limits. Purely machine-generated text is often not protected by copyright, which is why your own revisions matter.
Do I have to disclose AI-generated text on Amazon KDP?
KDP asks during publishing whether text, images or translations are AI-generated. Answer it truthfully; our AI transparency page explains what counts. KDP's rules, quoted in full with typical cases, are in our guide Writing a book with AI.
Can I turn one purchase into several books?
No. One purchase is one book project with one outline and one manuscript. For several books, the 5- and 10-book packs are cheaper per book.
What if my book needs more than 100,000 words?
Tier L covers up to 100,000 words. For longer projects, write to us before you start.
What does the bestseller analysis do?
Add up to three bestsellers in your genre. Bookfairy reads their public details, learns what readers love and miss, and builds an original concept for your book.
Titles and author names of those books stay out of your concept, and your text is written from scratch. If there is a conflict, your idea always comes first. Model books only guide style and market fit. Your result is your own original work.
Why not just write the book with an AI chat?
A chat writes good pages, but a book needs 30,000 to 100,000 words that fit together. Over many requests, terms drift, examples repeat and facts get invented, and there is still no print PDF, no typesetting and no KDP template at the end.
Bookfairy plans the book first (concept and outline), then writes every chapter along that plan and hands the manuscript straight on to cover, typesetting and EPUB. The details with examples are in the section Why not just write a book with an AI chat? above.
Which languages does Bookfairy write in?
English, German, French, Spanish and Italian.
Does the book include images?
No. You get chapters, a table of contents, checklists, tables and a list of sources as a Word file. The cover is made in the cover tool.
Can I set my own word count?
Yes. Enter your word count in the form, from 15,000 words. It sets the tier and the price.
